other than the "OMG SHE'S NEKKID! SHE'S KILLING PEOPLE AND SHE'S NEKKID!" aspect, it's not really that great. They try to force you to like the characters that are unlikable and the nudity isn't necessary at all. They just want people to watch it for the shock-factor.
Still, it's not as bad as some other anime that do the same thing...
