I think my first anime i watched was Bleach, my brother got me into it he said he watched like 2 episodes and it was awesome, so what took what didn't seem like a long time i ended up being on top with he newest uploads on the show seeing as i had watched every episode, But honestly for a very long read or a good anime to watch i would recommend Berserk, the manga is on going and but the anime finished after 25 episodes ,the story line is very interesting to me and it can be very violent, i hope you enjoy if you ever look it up. i recommend finding a better source for the manga though they released it in a odd manor http://www. animehere. com/anime/berserk.html

Well, I used to love watching Cowboy Bebop and Naruto on Toonami Fuck me right? Then for about three years, i didn't watch shit. But, then Adult Swim brought Toonami back and I got into Deadman Wonderland. When my friend (ARealLiveJewishGuy) saw that I liked DW he introduced me to Angel Beats! Mine is quite an embarrasing story.....A long one but embarrasing, lets begin.
So there I was exploring the internet mid-wank, looking for good material (Should be noted I have no problem with hentai so long as it aint so wierd) I came accross Kiss x sis. I hadn't been looking for hentai/anime at the time but it seemed good so there we go. Now my undeveloped mind found the story and heart warming romance too over powering and I stopped mid-wank to watch it seriously. I watched it all th way through and then looked for more episodes to watch but couldn't find any! So a few years went by and I completely forgot about anime having only ever watched Kiss x Sis. The same thing as before happened, exploring funnjunks NSFW section when I happen upon a comin for Sekirei. Locating the source led to me stopping mid fap to watch my first anime in years. And then the sequel to said anime. After this I didn't watch any for some a couple months, though I certainly didn't forget anime anymore. Months later I come accross KS while browsing through feels channel. I play through that shit. When its over I feel a part of myself has changed. The broken heart I had been suffering didn't hurt anymore, And I looked at the world in a new light. Maybe over dramatic, but fuck it. that leads us to here funnyjunk.com/anime/115348#115348 . After that I Played Little Busters, and then Muv-Luv and after finally crying all the tears I had built up over the course of the past 10 years I finally settled down and started watching casual anime and building a list, I started with things like Clannad and moved on to where I am today.

The first anime I watched was hamtaro as a kid, but properly was Full metal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

I got interested in anime when I was trying to find Digimon online and came across a dub site so I thought I'd try a few series on there.

Elfen Lied on Youtube. Didn't watch anything until about 2 years later when my brother showed me Trigun.

Was bored. Decided to watch some cartoons that I saw as a kid for nostalgia's sake. Some of them happened to be anime. Decided to give Bleach a try. Got caught up (it was only at the Hueco Mundo arc at the time). Decided to branch out a little after that. The rest is history.

Pretty much been interested my whole life. Having older brothers who were somewhat interested in it pretty much forced me to.
Eh, not sure. Pokemon or DBZ probably.
The one that hooked me was Case Closed. Loved it.

My friend suggested FMA:B to me and I thought I'd give it a go to get something new to talk to my friends about and since then I pick up what I want to watch (this is of course ignoring all the DBZ I watched as a kid).

By watching Naruto. I followed it on Toonami when I was in 6th grade and liked it a lot. Then the fillers came, and I lost interest. In 8th grade I was channel surfing, saw that Naruto was on, and figured I'd give it a shot for nostalgia's sake.

And I had absolutely no fucking clue what was going on. I googled it, found wikis, got caught up on the characters and the plot, then (since it was winter break) decided to watch the episodes online. In a week I watched all of Naruto, minus the fillers, and once I got caught up on Shippuden, I started branching out. FMA, Deathnote, and on from there.

You know, I guess this week marks my 3-year "anniversary" of starting anime...

the first i watched that sorta got me interested in anime was Elfen Lied.

Neighbour I've talked to twice before came over to borrow internet and asked if I liked anime. I watched shows when I was a kid but never had a serious interest. He then went back to his house and brough back his External HDD and told me to pick something out and he would transfer it to my laptop. Chose Code Geass and got hooked.

I don't remember the first anime i've watched. I think I was around 5 years old. Digimon I guess? However, the anime which got me hooked into the whole thing was Madoka Magica.
