I haven't found many, that's also my favorite category. Clannad and Kanon are two made by the same company and are both really good. Angel beats is made by the same company aswell and has a lot of feels, but not as much romance. Elfen Lied also falls into that category, but i'll advise you, it also has a good bit of action/gore, but IF you don't mind that then it's also an extremely good anime. If you don't mind Harem animes that much Shuffle also has some feels and is the best harem anime i've found personally for storyline/character development.

Most romance animes are normally either harem or comedys.
