small encoded anime, they basicaly re-encode the anime so the file is smaller, a litle bit of quality is lost in the process but the files are like one third of the normal size. you dont even need to torrent! but since megaupload died, some anime just have dead link ;_;

To be honest, due to my low d/l speed, I prefer torrenting and playing it all at once. Streaming really isn't my thing because I'd just prefer to leave my computer on overnight and get everything rather than meddle with it when I'm watching.

if you have a low download speed you should seriously go on minitheatre, the files are one third of the normal size. depending on the anime, (actualy the upload site) you can download multiple files at the same time.
