It's Majikoi S, it's a sequel so I strongly suggest reading the first one before this.
There's a lot of things you need to do if it's your first time getting into a VN, so it'd be better if I went away for a few minutes and wrote a walkthrough of some kind.

I'm really new to the whole visual novel scene, and I might do majikoi first, but I don't know If I have the time to torrent it.
VNs are a pain if you approach them half assedly.
There's quite a bit of stuff you need to do in order to read them which some people find really hard to do.

Also how do you get english patches and install them into the games?
Yeah, the first one is called Majikoi, or Maji de Watashini Koi shinasai.
Some english patches have a .exe which you run and it does it for you, but some are just a folder or a couple of files which you just dump into the main folder of the VN.

Although this method probably won't work with images like the one I posted above, it works the rest of the time.
Right click image > copy image location or copy image URL
Go to Google Images, click the camera in the right hand side of the search box.
Paste the URL of the image and search.
