Well I definitely teared up at this here while watching Air but I couldn't cry. Other than this nothing else has made me too emotional since I haven't seen to many sad animes yet. As for happiest moment, I'm going with the ending of Toradora!
List of anime that made me cri evry tiem
Sora No Woto: too much happy
Tari Tari: the mother
FMA: The death of havoc, the blind mother (and i haventeven finished this anime yet ;_;)
Special mention to angel beats and anohana to make me tear up.

If I can include both manga and anime and name the series that has made me felt the most, I must say Bleach with excitement.
If you can only count Anime, the choice is One Piece for the very same feeling.

Is the manga for Bleach that much better? The anime was total shit tier in terms of everything. The only good thing about it was the characters but they didn't develop at all and it made me rage with the white hot intensity of 1000 suns.

Im a shounenfag myself, so my answer is biased, but Bleach is my favorite manga for a reason.
I like shounen at times and I loved Bleach at first, the character concepts were fucking awesome and the concept of the show itself was legit as hell. I just feel like they wasted all this potential with the mediocre at best plot and the lack of character development. One of the only characters who I thought progressed like at all was the one kid captain and even then it was itty bitty babby development.

Kurosaki Ichigo actually had a quite good amount of character development, though it was slow. By the end of the Fullbring arc he's genuinely badass and GAR and is the only main character in the Holy Shounen Trinity that will fight to kill his opponents.
I dropped it after the Aizen arc. I couldn't handle it anymore. The only long running shounen I even watch anymore is Fairy Tail and I just like that for the characters and character interaction. Some of the abilities are cool too.
clannad afterstory. Though anohana was a real killer, too, along with rainbow. They're making a anohana movie, i hear.
also, air, angel beats, 5 cm/s, usagi drop, Rainbow definitely, a little bit with kanon, slightly toradora, a whole lot at the end of mirai nikki, Rec, and, well, grave of the fireflies.
Unfortunately, for me it was Clannad.
