Most weeaboo thing I did was series-specific.

8th grade math class, we played a team game. One member of each team would run up to the board, a packet of 80 math problems in hand, and the teacher would call a number. We'd have to find that problem, solve it on the board, and clap our hands when we were finished. (The hand-clapping to figure out which kid had completed it first.)

Being the fastest in the class, I clapped my hands Edward Elric style every single time. (Won every round, so I did it A LOT). To this day I doubt anyone knew why I clapped so strangely...

But I felt like such an alchemist...

I went through my own "excalibur" phase where i corrected everyone and said "FOOL!' a lot. It was just after i started watching Soul Eater, and needless to say, every one except the people who i knew who had seen the anime as well hated me.

And, yes i know that isn't really "weeaboo"-ish, but it is the closest thing i could think of
