Every time i see a self-drawn picture with only characters, no background, "profile" style shots, that aren't extremely-well crafted, I die a little inside.

But, as long as we're giving out 2 cents:

The face needs some work, it's very small and has little-to-no detail.

The anatomy is somewhat off. The abs need to be placed to where the middle set of abdominals reaches the belly button.

He's wearing a tank top. Why?

All in all, he seems somewhat uninspired. I've seen this too many times.

Give your characters a splash of originality, something that makes them stand out.

Look up the "Maniwa Corps" from Katanagatari. That's a perfect example of unique, outstanding, original characters.

Now, as for the actual drawing skill? Great work. Especially on the wrinkles of the clothes, very nice detail, I'm impressed. You have quite a bit of potential.
