It's about 104 minutes for a full cycle nap, since you don't fall asleep right away.

I can have full, vivid dreams during a 15 minute power nap
I've been told this means I am narcoleptic, but I don't go to doctors, so I haven't been diagnosed.

this isnt very good advice because everyone's sleep cycle is different. For some people a full sleep cycle might be 60 minutes, some it might be 90, and others it might be 2 hours. Everyone is really different in the way they sleep.

I wish I could nap.

Whenever I go to bed and I'm not actually sleepy tired I just lay there for an hour and find it impossible to sleep either because my heartbeat keeps my awake or my mind just wont stop going.

I fixed that by watching a steam on Twitch everytime I go to bed, to distract my mind and by getting a proper sleeping schedual. (Somewhat anyway.)

You just need to find something that interests you enough to keep you in bed watching it, thus your mind will be distracted but your body will get relaxed from laying in bed. I fall asleep within 5-15 minutes usually.

I take buspar and lexapro for depression/anxiety (just stopped with the buspar because It made me feel like I was in a haze) so I have some issues sleeping. Now I take Modafinil in the morning and a melatonin supplement at night and that seems to be working.

It works well if you use it as needed. I took it once every day and it built up in my system until I figured out that PRN meant use it only when your really stressed, so I stopped and only take one every once in a while when I'm really stressed. As for the modafinil I got a prescription but ordered it from India, because it would have been $3k for 30 pills, instead I got 240 pills for $200. It makes your urine smell like burnt matches though which is weird.

Yeah its bad to take it regularly unless you get OK'd by your doctor. Makes you feel like you pulled an all-nighter even if you've slept for hours. Took a month to get out of my system.
