inb4 means a user replying to a post with something that is expected of another user to point out
For example, say a post on FunnyJunk mentions in any way the number three.
One user might say 'inb4 Gaben' to assure other users that he/she foresaw the inevitable and felt it necessary to point it out.

It literally means
"In before"
as in inb4 [insert over used comment here]

inb4 = in before

It originated on 4chan, where threads were only existant for a limited time, after which it'd get deleted (a.k.a. it would 404, meaning 'content is missing' in case you didn't know)

If an epic thread would be on, people would post stuff like: YES, INB4 404, implying that they got in the thread before it got deleted.

This then evolved into predicting obvious comments of being posted in a thread, in the hope to force the users to be original and think of something else. For example, someone would tell a story on how sad and beta he is, and at the end he'd post: inb4 OP is a faggot.

I hope this is making sense.
