Toast

this will help you get over it faster
also drink OJ it will decongest you and help with head aches.

if you're experiencing chills with a fever you MIGHT want to see a doctor for some antibiotics.

do you have any tea? i think that may be the best advice i can give you, helps usually but if you can't keep it down, funny as it is try gatorade or powerade for some reason i could keep that down and it helps with dehydration
