does anyone know of any derelict sites that are open and not fenced off?
preferably in the south or near london.

if you want something not fenced off you`re better looking outside of the city in small towns/villages or in the countryside

hmm... I'll have to search around, thanks.

I really wanted an old factory or something.

for a party i`m assuming? better to be out of the city still less chance of being arrested for trespassing factories are unlikely but old hangers, barns and abandoned houses are easier to find

for an art project you could contact the council and ask them they might let you use some of their property or contact any local businesses that you know hold property they are planning to renovate and ask for permission to briefly use it you never know
