personally if you were my friend i would slap you across the wrists sober or not because i am against self harm
try not to drink to that point if you can't control yourself save it for celebrating and when you are with your mates and after something like that don't sit alone dwelling on it and making it seem worse and worse than it could be you will see in a few month you will have moved on and the hurt will have faded even if it takes longer don't go through it alone no-one should
go out and find someone else ( obviously i dont expect you to just walk out the door and fall in love) try and look at other girls compare their good points to her bad ones and in time you will wonder what you saw in her in the first place
