I'll cut to the chase I was talking to a girl last year we rly hit it off we rly liked each she would flirt quite hard I would also but when I asked her out she said she wasent ready for a relationsh but if she wasn't ready why would she flirt so hard by this I mean hold hands kiss on cheek all that so I got over it and a year goes by and she starts talking to me again and her friends are telling me sheis more willing for a relationship but the thing I don't understand is why would she not have dated a year ago why wait a hole year and then be willing for a relationship

This is tricky. If you welcome her back with open arms, she and her friends are going to know that she has you in the palm of her hand. If you really like her you could go for it, but don't become her head-over-heels in love boyfriend during the first week. After a while I'd definitely bring up your question about why she wouldn't go out a year ago, because communication in a relationship is necessary anyway. Be careful to not let yourself be used, but not too careful, because I could be wrong, and she might not be as vindictive as I'm making her out to be.

women = an unsolved mystery
forget logic when dealing with them, yes, do think about what is going on, but if you're ok with it, forget it
what i mean: if you're comfortable with dating her or starting a relationship with her, do it, do not think about "why didn't this happen last year?"
(btw: some girls are overly expressive, so if she kisses you a lot, or is very touchy, that might not be flirting, that might be just the way she is)

and a final personal advice: keep the deal clean, no sexy time, it will be worth the wait

good luck, cheers!
