See what he likes, like video games for example. Then try to get into what he likes and then try to strike up a conversation with him about the subject. IF YOU DO NOT ENJOY WHAT HE DOES THEN DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS.

Tell him he's cute. He'll probably be flattered/embarrassed/nervous/yougetthegist. Once that's out, you can talk to him more easily. Don't let it be the first thing you tell him though. Say hi and introduce yourself first.
