So I'm dating this girl for a while now and recently I think our relationship has gone stale. Any advice on this? Should I break up with her or what.
You just gotta break it off. Otherwise, the feeling you're having now are going to sit and fester underneath it all. Then, one day you'll just lose it, say a bunch of mean shit, and ruin any chance of being friends (or a nice person in general).
I've done it before.
I've done it before.
Ah, I know the feeling all too well. If it's been a while since you started dating, and you only recently started to see her that way, then it might not last. Unless you can see her in a different way, just break up. She's not gonna change because it's just who she is. I'm only suggesting this because the same thing happened to me and I stayed with her for a few more months because I didn't want to be a jerk and break up with her (it was my first relationship and she changed a lot during the course of those 3 and half years). We broke up anyway, but it's best not to lead her on any further.
That's the downside to having a relationship. Either way, someone's gonna end up hurt; however, it's much easier to break it off now than to have to wait until your relationship has gotten even more serious. If you think you can make this relationship work, by all means go for it. Like I said before, the reason I waited to break up with my ex is because I didn't want to hurt her, even though I knew we weren't gonna last. While she was the one who ended it, it hurt her more than it hurt me and I felt terrible about it.
