I'd like to give you some advice. If something really bad happens, like a death in the family or something, don't get back to work unless you urgently HAVE TO. Do the thing that helps you THE ABSOLUTE MOST to cope. The ABSOLUTE BEST effect to cheer you up. Your goal shouldn't be to wallow, but to try to break it as quickly as you can.

This might not be so good advice, but I just wanted to give it anyway.

Yes, I understand. Within a span of 2 months about 3 or 4 years ago, I lost my grandmother, my uncle, and my grandfather. I followed that same advice and it really helped. This could really help others on here, so thank you!
