If you have her on any social networking site as a friend or if you have her email, write a message to her or give her a note explaining your mistakes. Since she doesn't want any direct contact for now, she should be more willing to read a letter when she doesn't have to give you a direct response (or any response at all). But if she liked you, she would've tried to get your attention, right? And I assume she did that, and I think a person who disliked you wouldn't do that.
