to be honest its hard to say without knowing the person obviously but you should be able to judge if she is the kind of person who would play around and be happy about it or if she would leave him for you
you could also loose her as a friend if you are not careful personally as a girl i would be torn and would appreciate talking about it maybe you should just ask her (when drunk the truth always comes out and is easy to excuse as lies when drunk) one, how she feels about her relationship (maybe slip in because you worry about her that always makes a girl smile :) ) and two about your friendship just put it out their that you dont always see yourself as being just her friend but you wouldnt cause her problems
thats how i would sort it if it was me anyway
