Not sure if this is the right board to ask this, but i need some advice on falling asleep quickly and habitually. I always sleep too late and wake up too early.
Any remedies/ techniques that i can do that will get me to sleep at the right time, and to feel relaxed when I awake?

Stay up for a whole day then sleep at the time desired

If you're up on the computer late at night, look into a program called f.lux which turns your screen reddish after dark. Less blue light makes you more tired, or at least reduces eye strain. Helps me anyway.
