Do any of you know how to help a bad lower back? Mine has been hurting for a good year and nothing seems to be working :P
I am a cross country winter track and spring track runner so I do stay healthy but the problem is that I play the cello as well so sitting in an awkward position even though Im really flexible just hurts my lower back. I read that if your lower back hurts its because your upper back is hurting do you know any stretches that could help loosen my upper back?
