When my dad taught me how to fight he taught me to aim for the weak points. He's almost 50, rather overweight, can barely walk right, and needs a cane most of the time. I'm 17, weigh 163, can get weights 250+ over my head, and I'm rather quick on my feet. He can kick my ass up and down the street in a fight. Size and strength don't count for **** , even if you do know how to fight, cause he knows how to fight better.
Yeah, was out with a friend and his friends a few months ago
Had fun and all, started going home from party all happy and **** , but then some guy bumped into us and started being cocky, the cocky guy slapped the one who looked like he lift in the face and the liftee (lel) started backing off while my friend's friend just jumped the guy
He beat the living **** out of the cocky guy, and he is like scrawnier than tumblrboys..
He will be wichever hight he wants. Because his training have caused a surpressed growth, he can legally buy growth hormone that can get him to a normal hight, if he wish it be so.
Sorry for the english, absolutely not first or second language.
I Think I saw a documentary about this kid! If I remember correctly, so did he have some kind of disease that stopt his body from storing fat.
The upside of this was that he became way stronger than whats normal for his age, and also able to keep his buff figure, no matter what he eats.
The downside is that again, he does not have the abilety to store the bodyfat you get from eating food. So he has to eat every 3-6 hours or his body will emidietly go ahead and eat his muscle mass to gain energy.
Probuably got alot wrong here, but it is a ong time since I saw that documentary!
I didnt mean as in everyone will kick his ass. I meant he wont be of use in a fight unless he gets some training, muscles are only good in a fight if there is either a ton of them, or you know how to use them.
it was something along the lines that if he didnt eat, his body would take proteins from large muscle groups and eventually the brain.. so if he didnt eat for a long period of time it would damage his brain or something, as far as i remember
I've been lifting for about 3 years now, I'm 17 years old, and 6ft tall. I wouldn't be an inch taller if I didn't start lifting weights when I did. Lifting has nothing to do with height, you are going to be as tall as you're genetically predisposed to be regardless of whether or not you lift at a young age. There is a large misconception that lifting stunts growth because there is a large amount of short lifters. The only reason for this is that it's easier to put on visible size the shorter you are. Muscle growth works the same regardless of height, so for a tall person the muscle is distributed over a larger amount of space, making it look smaller, for a short person, the same amount of muscle resides in a smaller space, making it appear to be bigger.
