In case of emergency, always go for the first stall. 7 out of 9 times, it's the cleanest, least used one.

Also you can just put down toilet paper into the water to stop it from splashing up at you while you drop them.

they have paper seat covers too, i wipe the toilet with the toilet paper, throw two stacked seat covers int on the toilet, and then put a seat cover on the seat, wasteful but it works.
