That thing was never a hard enemy, not only is it not one of the worst enemies in mario world, it's not even the hardest underwater-enemy. The underwater bullet bills take that honor despite not being on many levels. Even the skeleton fish gave more trouble. And that says alot considering that super mario world is one of the easiest games ever.
