I hated that **** . I posted my first ever content at like 3 pm local time the day before that. Got red thumbed to hell by damn Europeans with ******** "no post on sundays".
You don't have a clue. I posted my first ever content four hours before the server crashed and all content from the last day was erased. It was going to be the start of a series where I talked about all these cool developments in biotechnology and cutting-edge medical procedures. I knew that if I posted it again, it would just be thumbwhoring, but there was no other way to start the series, so I just didn't do it.
Oh, and one more:
-The ability to "melt" the cells from a complex organ, leaving an interstitial skeleton which can be reformed using stem cells from someone else, meaning that hearts, livers, and lungs could all be donated with a 0% rejection rate and no need for steroid immuno-suppressants.
>>#43 >>#44 I knew about most of these, but the artificial insulin gland is really cool. Also, I hope the limb regrowth doesn't turn someone into The Lizard.
I mean, these discoveries were weeks old when I heard about them a year ago, hadn't even been released to new journal editions yet, but it's too late now.
I can do summaries, but nothing specific enough for it to be worth doing a series.
For example:
-An artificial insulin-producing cell for diabetics so that they no longer need invasive medications, and which would dramatically increase their lifespan.
-Printable organs (Actually printable)
-The ability to grow human organs in pigs and then harvest them when they are fully grown (this is really the big-un)
-Medications that prevent scar tissue from forming and increase the rate of musculo-skeletal regeneration, meaning that lost limbs could be regrown.
2 things i am getting real tired of,
1, is people going full retard over something being cancer/autism, like chill the **** out a bit.
2, oc makers that do nothing but circle jerk about how they are indeed an artist and indeed
post on this site.
