That's probably because you're teacher is lazy as **** and gets his/her questions off the internet. I had a teacher who got every homework assignment verbatim off some website that was open to the public. It was the easiest semester ever once we caught on. Apparently she didn't know that other people could use the internet.

I was looking up a question for a chem pre lab one day because me and my friend couldn't figure it out. The exact question was on yahoo answers. The only response: "Oh I know how to do that one, when is your lab? I'll show you how tomorrow"

One time I had to figure out how many antimatter particles it would take to propel a 7 ton vehicle to Gliese 433. It was the only time yahoo answers didnt help me

As a third year university physics student, I am sad to say this is no longer the case. I guess people don't really care to ask about the rate at which hydrogen atoms would have to be created to maintain constant density in an ever expanding universe under Hoyle's steady state theory
