luluwho [OP](11/08/2015) [-] Hi This is a scam on the workers/ waiters that all restaurants pull. They don't have to pay waiters minimum wage because of Tips, then if the waiter gets cheap customers he's screwed, so they started to include Tips no the customers bill. It's a real racket on the waiters and the customers by the restaurant industry as a whole. Please don't blame anyone else for this "system" but the restaurant itself. Thank You for participating
