I do. I don't normally wear skirts, so I don't see a problem with it. Plus, bending on knees like that takes a conscious effort (that also hurts my bad knee) since I wasn't raised on it. Nothing wrong with it, and doesn't make me less self-respecting.

Adolfs father changed his last name from Schieckelbrueger to Hitler, so he basicly invented that name.
Also Adolf didnt like his father becouse he was usualy a drunk and agressive man while his mother was more protective.(After her death, Adolf kept her portret with him during WW1 to protect him)

Hitler surname already existed when Adolf Hitler father changed his.

These facts are retarded. The first city to reach 1 million was London in 1800. Genghis khan lived almost 600 years earlier, there is no way there was a settlement of anywhere near that size at the time.

I think London was the first documented case of a city reaching 1 million meanwhile estimates put Rome around 800,000-1,200,000 but yeah i doubt the city was 1.75 big.

Yes, that is probably a bit exaggereted. However, lots of cities reached 1 million way before london. Some examples: Rome, Baghdad, Constantinople etc.

Many people didn't flee. Traditionally nomads are very bad at sieges, and so initally most thought that the city was the safest place. As word of the Mongols spread, however, the fear their name inspired caused many people to simply freeze up, and since they moved so quickly there were few safer places than wherever you currently were, since you knew for certain they weren't there.

Once they got the city, though, they could easily kill hundreds of thousands. Each soldier would be given a quota of ears, and if each man of a 20k army kills 20 people, you've got a lot of casualties real fast. They'd even come back to cities they destroyed days earlier, to catch people they missed the first time.

But a nomadic siege would often involve severe attrition. Maybe people thought staying in cities was a good idea initially, but as word moves I doubt they'd stay behind. Also, the majority of a city was usually not inside the walls, as squalor forced the city to expand, and rebuilding walls was expensive.

When enemy armies advanced, though, people would move into the walls in preparation for the siege.

And by the time the Mongols really got going, they had plenty of Chinese engineers to do their siege work for them. Their initial sieges were more difficult, but they had such a reputation of fear that whole cities would surrender. They were also known for sometimes following the tradition of sparing cities that gave up without a fight; that coupled with the atrocities they performed when they didn't surrender made a lot of would-be sieges really short.

This is most definitely true. Rented a phone during my stay in Japan, got irritated at being unable to silence the shutter, it was ******* deafening. I ended up carrying my American phone everywhere as well so that I could take pictures not of girls' panties without looking too touristy by using my camera.
