workout routine for beginners
since its the new years i thought that i wanted to share some of my knowledge i have obtained trough my two years of working out for any beginners looking to make gains this year.
this isnt some bullcrap exuse so i can show off because its not very impressive. but i wanted to share so people who might be looking for adivce to start things off can ge that.
i used to look like this
but now i look like this. its not anything crazy and i still have much road left to go. but it shows that even a skinny pale kid who plays way to much video games can workout and make great improvement. its a great improvement if you ask me atleast.
i mean for gods sake look at the picture, im at a lan party with litarely a tower of energi drinks infront of me. i didnt exactly have a good starting point to say the least.

IMORTANT: i ****** up the explanation about the sets and reps. its actualy the other way around. so just flip the explanation around. i will correct the mistake and post it in the top coment below.
im not some fitnes guru who treats hes body like a temple. i eat some garbage food from time to time. but anyways here is a workout program that i recreated with how i started working out in mind.
its probably not exactly the same. but if anything its only improoved by the new obtained knowledge i have now.

here is a youtube playlist i created which explains how to do the workouts propperly. i think some of them dont have one but thats because they're probably pretty self explanatory (such as the sit-up. i mean come on)

but if there are any questions just ask them in the coments.
the workout is great wether or not you are thin or overweight. but if you need to loose weight you should probably do cardio and diet ontop of the workout. but you will have to research that for your self.
if you are naturaly thin like i was here is my diet advice.
1: eat as much as possible without it making you sick. in the beginning i didnt eat until i was full. i ate until i wasnt able to eat anymore before i would feel unwell BUT its important to stop eating before getting to that point. if you strugle remembering to eat set alarms on your phone for when you should eat.
breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a meal before bed (4 meals a day) if you can eat more than that do it.
2: even though you should eat. dont eat right before training. working out while being full is not ideal.
3: buy protein and drink 2 protein shakes a day. one before working out. and one before bed.
