there are multiple cats in the video, and one set appears to have a bone structure. most likely vestigial limbs, or a mutation. **** it, renaming the video.

And here we see a cat transforming into its next form of being: The flying cat also known as Owl. Some specimen still have similarities to their former physical form, but all cats keep the pure concentrated evil within them even after a prolonged transformation.
