Before the creator of the show died, he had sketches of each of the Ed Edd and Eddy characters in high school. Marie actually looks like she becomes quite the intellectual. May looks like a bimbo cheerleader, as does Nazz. And Lee looks like she dropped out. The others turn a bit too. Sarah got super long hair. Jimmy finally got rid of his retainer, Johnny no longer has Plank although it's implied he now has a shrine in his room for Plank. Rolf has became a philosophical person, and so on. The only important ones are though:
Eddy: Quite tall, looks like his brother but more tall rather than fatter. He actually ironically enough became the tallest (it seems) amongst all the characters.
Ed: What he was before, but bigger. I think he had glasses.
Edd (Double D): He wears a hoodie with his hat and stuff. But otherwise the same.
Guess I misread something on the internet years ago, or just remember wrong. Ed Edd n Eddy hasn't been on for years, after all after the final movie where they showed Eddy's brother in his whale-shaped trailer at the end; the haven't made a single episode I think. Just some sketches that went around.
all i've seen of the edds in highschool were some ****** fanmade cartoons on youtube. i don't know why everyone wants to make canadian cartoon characters look like something out of ******* anime, but it pisses me off.
it's been done since 2008, yeah. but i remember reading a while back about how the A.K.A Cartoon team is still making stuff, and that's always good to hear.
Whatever Danny's making for the future i don't doubt will be quality, as long as he has full control of his cartoons.
and if i came off as a dick i apologize, reading over this thread reminded me of that "EEnE in highschool" abomination.
I like the stuff that doesn't have an anime feel too it. EEnE was a western cartoon, and the style should reflect that. That's why I don't mind the picture I posted below, which was done in EEnE style, and apparently based off from sketches from the dudes who made the show. While not exact (nothing is final anyway) they're still cool to look at every once in a while.
And yes, you came off as a dick. But I forgive you.
It just needs to be touched only by people who have watch and loved the show....
Unlike Teen Titans GO, where they never watched the show, or read the comics, or even took the 30 minutes each to learn their personalities deeply and, MAN **** THE TEEN TITANS GO WRITERS!
Actually, the TTG writers are clearly very well-read in terms of the comics, and at least SOME of the original show at the very least. Those who pay particular attention to the background can find extensive easter eggs throughout each episode referencing things in the comics. One that comes to mind is when the crowbar used by the Joker to beat Jason Todd can be seen next to some other things that are also references.
I think the big thing is that they're trying to appeal to CHILDREN. Not teenagers/young adults/adults. Children who have never seen the original Teen Titans most likely, as that completed years and years ago.
While I don't like that show very much personally, I know many kids that do. Let it be.
There's a lot of fan speculation that he was hiding a scar. The non-canon game on Cartoon Network's website for Ed Edd n Eddy (the food fight one) has him tossing his hat in the air and he does have SOME hair. It's just scruffy at best.
He most likely grew his hair out entirely to cover the scar and just wears a hat because he always has.
crazy redneck chick sisters that will most likely to take you down into a dungeon, chain you up, be over-affectionate and never let you see the light of day again or remain single?
i'm with the eds on that one. there's a good deal of difference between getting a girlfriend & becoming a toy for crazy girls
god only knows what crazy **** these 3 nutcases will do and i'm quite sure that this picture ain't even scratching the surface of their depravity.
