the average human would wash their hands more than they go to the bathroom. if they wash their hand smore than they go to the bathroom it would make the toilet overflow. also if we were to be aware of this, we would have to check on the toilet EVERYTIME we wash our hands so as to not over flow it.

Or add a mechanism that makes sure the toilet doesn't overflow...

Because filth and grime washed off in the sink will simply fester in the bowl (till someone uses it), which would be disgusting.

And then of course there's the matter of the whole you having a nosebleed and cleaning off in the sink...

Except if you watched the mythbuster episode you would know that it is just as bad far away from the toilet as it is on the sink next to it. The crap particles are all around and you could have a toothbrush you placed under a glass in the kitchen and another one on the sink...same amount of bacteria and crap on them. TheMoreYouKnow.

I firstly thought this is a combination of a cat tree, at toilet and a sink, just because my cat always comes to the bathroom with me

These are very common in Japan, the sink is usually directly above the toilet though.

Will the toilet water get pumped into the sink? If so, that's disgusting.
If not, this is perfect.

The soap from washing your hands, leave an ugly mark in your toilet, that most ppl dont want, and it can destroy the toilets coating

I do that with my mopping water. And I shower with a bucket next to me so I can use that water on the toilet. But yeah, this is neat too.
