Something about it looks scripted as **** though
It screams "not organic gameplay"

Yeah, okay. Just watch somebody in your team die to turn around to the enemy just staring at you whilst the soldiers behind him just ignore you also.
Of course it's scripted as **** , how stupid are you?

stupid enough to think people wouldn't be offended by that, apparently
Well either that or you're just an inherently hostile person
Either way I'm not interested

Yeah DICE go all out scripting trailers for their games, especially recently. I think EA forces it though, since Hardline had it too when DICE didn't make Hardline. Watch any gameplay trailer and you'll always see that the cameraman doesn't get shot at in groups, or enemies don't react to his presence.
made to look like it isn't
Which stings a little evertime I see the method, tbh
I feel blatantly lied to

#1: Do not ever assume that a trailer can tell you anything about a game. This is what so many idiots forget when they get hyped at E3 or any other convention.
#2: This can still very much be the feeling that you get when you play battlefront if you choose to let it get to you.

Well I mean
Im not gonna play it anyway, I played the beta and it didn't really capture me
But I just have that specific bugbear against "gameplay" trailers like that
that's all

You should think of it that way. Think of it as a cinematic cut that can even be recreated in game and look the same. It shows the viewer what the game looks like.
Not 100% necessary, but it's nice for people who get a hard on from seeing good graphics.

I thought "Bull-Shots" were a rather hated thing. That was a lot of what took Watch Dogs down. They showed "gameplay" of a segment that didn't end up happening in the game (plus the graphics downgrade). They make it seem better than it is, and once you've bought it, they've already got your money.
I was about to say there's Steam Refunds, but then I remembered it's on Origin oh well, I have confidence it'll be fun, seeing from the beta.
Origin had refunds LONG before steam, like more than a year I think
I never even log onto Origin, I never knew they had refunds. I guess my point is still valid then, there is the option to refund Battlefront.
Also bull-shots are also in movies. It's an unavoidable advertisement move.
Where they advertise content not in the product. Happens all the time unfortunately.

There's where prerendered and actual time come into play.
Prerendered games look infinitely better than actual gameplay. This is basically blatantly lying to the audience and that's why it's frowned upon.
