The parents are teaching that kid to float in water. Babies have a natural instinct for it or something so throw a kid into the water and he'll by himself turn over and float on his back.

As much as I don't like watching that, it had something to do with the fact that babies would find a way to float on their backs and not drown or something

Yeah, I also heard woman can just shut down their vagina so they can't get pregnant when their raped. He's probably just thrashing in the water to get attention, he'll run out of steam soon though.
