Now I think my favourite is The Princess and the Frog; I love anything set in New Orleans, I've always loved Voodoo in media, and I love jazzy tunes.
It lacked the jazzy tunes, but this was also why my favourite Scooby Doo movie is Zombie Island.

Easiest way I've found is to put aluminum foil down on a baking sheet, then when you finish, you just throw the aluminum away (which takes all the grease with it).
