In my personal and limited knowledge, I believe the FBI would not warn you like that, and would instead just track your IP and show up at your door. You probably have nothing to worry about, just be more careful and run every anti-virus you can.

Probably a Virus/scam, i've had one before from a not-so reputable site but not CP, if it infects you it locks your PC to a screen that says you've been viewing "CP & Zoophilia" and have to pay a fine via direct debit/paypal to remove the charges, and obviously you aren't going to start asking people about it because of what it says so you just **** your pants and pay. just carry on as usual, watch where you click.
( or try loli if you're that way inclined, i think it's just frowned upon and not illegal)

I'm not sure what to do about this but, i would say wipe your PC and then pack some things and go stay at your parents house or a friends house for a few days/weeks?
Just a suggestion
