Not going to lie. I still love playing the original Spyro games that were on ps1

First spyro was epic- To this day though, I still can't get to that far away tree on the jungle level, I'll never 100% it

Oh you are probably doing it the hard way xD... the game makers made it look like that was the correct way to do it, but you actually have to jump off that ramp, enter into a building, and then go backwards up another ramp that heads over to a quite easy jump to the platform.

Check youtube if you are interested for I do not remember the exact details of it

Keep falling off the ramp doing the charge thing/hitting a small bump.

Ah... Those were the days. Not just the memories, but... the mood of it.

The third one was an order of magnitude better than Spyro, a Hero's tail. Spyro 3 was more casual and so much more varied. The new series was funnish, I guess, but there was almost nothing to the side, or any replayability.

The thing that saddens me a little is the 3rd one you cannot emulate well

They added an anti-piracy program to it, yet the third is by far my favorite of the three

They did? I'm running the game easy peasy.

Maybe it's your emulator?

What's your emulator? And what is your image source?

The bin file, I think I picked off from EmuParadise.

I used PSX www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/psx/psx_em.html , though I hear ePSXe www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/psx/epsxe.html is better, though definitely more popular.

Also, I got the Spyro 3 ISO off CoolRom.

I have ePSXe and that was the one that gives me all the issues with spyro 3

Huh. I haven't tried it, though I'm rather happy with my good ol' PSX.
