I don't know if you guys know this, but SWBF3 is coming out the summer of 2015. What do you guys want to see? I'm really only hoping for two things, the return of being able to command allies (hold your position, etc, instead of just "follow me" and "break off"), and for EA to not completely butcher the game with DLC and general crap.
Sometimes I cry myself to sleep and try to pretend that it's all going to be okay.

to be able to play as one of the main characters, I hope that stays, having lightsaber fights while getting shot at by storm troopers was awesome, but I hope they dont put a timer on it like in the first one that didnt have a timer

I hope its not a whole bunch of fancy create your class and loadout b.s. the first two games are awesome because of their simplicity.

That would be fun, but it's PS4/XBone/PC. Really sucks you have to pay extra for online with PS4.

The game is on Steam if you have a computer that can handle it.

It's a game from like 05. Do you have some kind of computer from 2002 with windows 98? Any modern computer should be able to handle it.

Man, doing splitscreen vs. as the Empire sucked on that map, the Ewoks were dang near invisible. Though I'll never forgive George Lucas for having Ewoks murder the Stormtroopers in Episode VI, I think it may have been more realistic than we give it credit for.

Empire basically always loses on that map, but that makes for a great dramatic ending to a map playlist, trying to fight off endless savage natives and heathen rebels as all of your fellow troops get stoned and shot to death from all sides.

Then you'd retreat to the bunker and attempt to survive 50-odd rebels and infinite ewoks for your final stand. Ah, those were good times.

I think the only times I've won is by taking a speeder bike to their first base, capturing it (as long as I don't get my ass shot up capturing it) and then proceed to sandwich the rebels from both sides.
as a scout trooper of course, scout troopers are best troopers

Same, only I absolutely suck as any sniper (my aim is terrible) so I'd usually go as an Imperial Engineer. It's much harder to miss with a shotgun.

The only reason I am able to play scout trooper is that I played it so god damn much that I got pretty used to no scoping with it, surprisingly it's easier than actually scope headshotting. Other than that I gotta agree, engineer is so fun, you can survive for so long. I can't wait to see how Endor looks in the next battlefront

Heck yeah, totally psyched for that. I got used to the engineer because BF2 was my first FPS, so I sucked at anything that required actual aiming. At first, I'd even use cheat codes to give myself invincibility . . . and I'd still lose. After I started winning with invincibility, I just used infinite ammo and spammed health packs, then I weaned myself off that and just went at it straight up. Probably put over 100 hours into singleplayer alone, and I spent a lot more time than that doing splitscreen with my friends. The PS2 will always be my favorite console, mostly because of that game.

Haha split screen was the best, I've had it on pc for a while, multiplayer is weird. It's mostly people playing engineer running up to you and det-packing you since there's no friendly fire lol

Actually, Battlefront II is notorious for crashing randomly and being otherwise impossible to play unless you have the right hardware. My current computer handles the first one just fine but it won't play the second.
Pic unrelated.

that's quite strange. I can play the second one just fine, but i cant play the first one on any 3 of my computers, including my dead one and the powerhouse i have now.
