According to studies 9% of women who claim they were raped are lying outright and the police can prove it . another 24.9% are very likely lying but the police can't prove it in court. so anywhere from 9-34.9% of rape claims are complete ******** . That said the majority of claims are true but that does not mean we should suspend our skepticism (listen & believe) and ignore the minority who lie. If women really want men to listen and believe women need to crack down on the ones who lie instead of just letting the courts give them a slap on the wrist and then shout excuses like " Going after lying whores will hurt real victims !! "

None of that matters quite honestly, there is a reason the symbol of justice is a blind folded woman holding a scale, you are suppose to weigh evidence independent of emotions and what you perceive, sure it may let criminals get away but it is still fair, without evidence there should be no conviction. And before I people get their **** in a twist I know there are women to afraid to get proof of rape, for those that are raped and afraid I'm sorry but if you don't get proof you can not expect someone to go to jail on your word alone, if we did that it would set a precedent for tons of innocent people going to jail for things beyond rape.

Without evidence there is no sentence from false rape either, by that logic. A word against word is nul and void.

That kinda was part of my point, when there is no evidence one can not be sentenced regardless of the accused crime. Unfortunately that is not always how it works and people have gone to jail with little to no evidence against them, some of it is simply because the mentality around that whole man vs woman

Tons of people go to jail with little evidence, judges aren't exceptionally smart people most of the time.
