As someone from Boston, the "utterly wicked" thing in the left hand column 9 rows down sounds hysterical. "Wicked" is a slang term for great here, so all I'm envisioning is a judge saying "That **** was wicked ****** pissa" to her, in an effort to congratulate her. Also, it's kind of horrifying how many times people lied multiple times before being punished: one of them is listed as having falsely accused five men before being jailed, another eleven men, and two more two men (and one of them was spared any jail time).
