"Never believe a woman who says they've been raped, because these handful of people lied about it." You sound like a ******* asshole.

Sure, male victims don't get taken nearly as seriously as they ought to. But this is not the solution. This is the opposite of the solution. I can't believe someone would wish the kind of mental anguish involved, on anyone at all. Regardless of age, gender or race.

Hello again, Jessica III.

I'd say for a few exceptions it's a fitting if unlawful punishment. Exhibit A, the kind of legal vampire who sues stupid amounts of money from people and takes everything they own, just because they can. Or just because to see people suffer.

Exhibit B, the kind of person who comes into a revered person's life and destroys them from within. Spreading all sorts of **** about them and taking away all the goodness of the life they built, making all the close friends they have shy away just to avoid being associated with such a disgusting individual.

There are others. That said, though, it's still a reprehensible act, make no mistake about it.

It absolutely is not. It's like those who participate in blacklivesmatter actually going out of their way to harm and harass white police officers. Hurting one party does not change that the other party is getting hurt. It actually makes it worse.

What do you think the logical retaliation would be, to a post like this? Probably "look at this post a man made, we should give more attention to female rape victims"! How is that helping anyone?
User avatar #184 to #174 - krasnogvardiech (01/12/2016) [-]
It won't.

Putting that kind of punishment on anyone isn't helpful, lawful or logical. It's a way that crushes the recipient of the act in the aim of making an example out of them.

It's much the same thinking as putting to death a criminal who will just keep on killing, albeit less severe. You have to understand, the proper recipient of the sentence doesn't recognize jail-time, fees to be paid or any kind of lawful punishment as negative consequence. Hell, they'd just spread **** about the people who sentenced them and their families.

You don't get to lead a society without getting your hands dirty. Letting scum like the people I detailled in this argument go is just inviting them to destroy your people from within.

You starting to see what kind of being I am describing here?

It's a punishment to break and humiliate. Best used sparingly, for a system that calls itself good. And it's one that guarantees that the kind of people that do deserve it will think twice before doing it in future.

Ok so punish the people that are found to be lying. That's perfectly acceptable. This is like cutting the dicks off all men, because the majority of rapists are male. Though, more extreme, because these lying women are not nearly a majority of female victim rape cases.

You misunderstand me. Either that, or you are deliberately taking my argument the wrong way.

It works like this: If an individual acts deliberately to destroy another's life, by slander, libel, deliberate discredition or focused harassment (such as following the people they have a restraining order against), then they get a punishment of disproportionate severity to their crime. The criminal didn't just steal a few thousand bucks' worth of stuff or beat them up in a pub brawl, that person actively, knowingly and deliberately destroyed the affected individual's credibility, life and fellowships. People's families listen, and word gets around. In extreme cases it might even get onto media, where that individual's life will be beyond the point of assistance.

Rape's just the fitting punishment for women who use their sexuality as an asset. Were they male, a fitting punishment would be sanctioning them to be used as beating-posts in prisons or the like.

This isn't fair at all. They don't deserve fairness out of me. This is my solution to the continued existence of scum like that. It's not good by any means, and ought to say something about my stance against said scum.
User avatar #192 to #191 - thirdjess ONLINE (01/12/2016) [-]
I think I must be misunderstanding you because that was a massive pile of ******** . Rape isn't a fitting punishment for anything, ever.
User avatar #193 to #192 - krasnogvardiech (01/12/2016) [-]
So you're assuming my entire argument is wrong, just because you don't like the effect of my proposition?
User avatar #194 to #193 - thirdjess ONLINE (01/12/2016) [-]
Because you are still dividing the sexes. It is an unsound, uneducated, highly hateful point of view, masquerading as science. Why have a political proposition at all, if not for the future effect?
User avatar #196 to #194 - krasnogvardiech (01/12/2016) [-]
The sexes need to be divided. Women can't be treated the same as men. Otherwise, it'd be a good idea to throw all inmates into prison and not caring to separate the gender. And you can guess what a bad idea that would be.

It's the word of law, not science by any means. Any science along that line would be horrific. Much like that one diagram sketched by a /tg/ anon about getting a room full of goblins and cats to mate and reproduce constantly, feeding on the offal and vital fluid of their inbred fellows and then crush them flat to have the blood descend to turn a power-generating contraption. Then having an arrow going off to the side detailing the power going towards 'nefarious contraptions' when in fact such a contraption would be profane in itself. Because in truth, a scientific approach to the process would involve having hundreds of female criminals raped just for the sole and singular purpose of determining what's the best method of cowing them. That would be barbaric, much like the punishment to begin with. As for unsound, uneducated... Perhaps to the former, unless it yields results. Definitely yes for the second, because it's a punishment better fitting to medieval times. Hateful? I don't see how. It's simply detailing that a horrible individual that does horrible acts gets horrible punishments.

The future effect is well known. There is a high likelihood of the ones fitting for this punishment heavily reconsidering their actions, once they know that their actions will get them raped as a criminal sentence. Naturally, heavy resistance against this from all middling factions will be found. It's an extreme proposal, after all. All that remains is to design a system that cannot be corrupted by the machinations of this kind of individual which has gotten itself into government.

Or, you know, the joke of the American judicial system can be fixed over so that it's not so damn easy to sue somebody. But this proposal is more likely to happen, with the endless sadomasochism of the extreme left.

People emulate twelve year olds because they're cusp-of-puberty fools, and every single twelve year old regrets everything they've said when they're older.
