You're saying if a pedophile who was convicted of rape, some day gets falsely accused he should be taken off and the woman put on the registry? Accusing someone falsely of rape shouldn't be a lengthy jail sentence and a hefty fine, but why be put on the sex offender registry? the accuser didn't sexually offend anyone.

syntheticdoll (3 hours ago) [-] Of course not but for some reason if you're accused of rape they put you on a sex offender list and if it turns out it was false they tend to "forget" you on it.
