Why are you highlighting "thing"?

Well my lil boy

The most tumblr posts have a funny puchline
and some people highlight it like that to show the punchline or to show the brilliance of it.

And that's why cows don't fly under the sea

The only grammar mistake he made was not writing a capital i.

Learn British English you uncultured swine.
They sometimes replace 'have' with 'of'.

I forgive you though

You're wrong.

Don't believe me, look it up. Or, you know, just use your common sense to see what you're actually saying when you're saying "would of" and notice that it doesn't make sense.
American English or British English, it's not correct. It's just a common mistake originating from their phonetic similarity.

It's okay, I forgive you too.

Yes.

That's pretty much saying what I just said, that it's written like that because it sounds like the contraction of have ('ve). As your link says, it's just written speech.
That, however, does not make it grammatically correct.

Just because some linguist under the veil of being a descriptivist push-over tries to force-feed us his flawed version of orthography, based only on phonetical research; which does not even come close to being representative of all users of English language; does not mean he is right.
Taking into consideration everything we know about auxillary verbs, introducing such an exception would confuse all new learners and the majority of speakers and writers who do not seem to have a problem with grasping these basics of English language.
I am all for descriptivist approach, and I am nowhere near being a prescriptivist, however, in this instance we need to remember that some rules of grammar are there for a reason; by introducing an exception from those rules that is both grammatically and semantically incorrect, we would leave space for further mistakes such as unorthodox uses of words such as 'there', 'their', 'they're' et cetera,

No... no, no, no... No, no, no, no, no, no, no!!! They replace 'would have' with 'would've'; definitely not would of, which grammatically and semantically makes no sense whatsoever.
