My point is that it would be hard and take ages to program, and even if successful, it would most likely leave users very confused and slow down gameplay because of the large amount of options.
All to fix a tiny thing like this since who would want crawling segments in an otherwise fast paced sandbox/car thief/3rd persion shooter game..?
