Weeaboo Stories: Gob Shorts
She perioded over someone else' s bed covers at a
party because she didn' t think to change her pad.
She will always, without fail, talk over the TV. She
talked over Tyrion' s trial speech. I' missed major
plot points in various TV shows because of her
voice. I had to rewind four times at one point.
Telling her to shut up makes no difference at all.
Unless it' s something she wants to watch, then if
someone so much as farts she goes nuts. "Be quiet!
I' m watching this!"
She reads things on my laptop over my shoulder. If
I' m on , for example, she' d be sitting behind me,
and I' d hear this laugh. I' d click away and she' d go
go back, I was reading that!" I tell her "don' t read
over my shoulder, it' s incredibly rude and I don' t
like it" and she does it anyway. Same with facebook
conversations or emails, she' ll read over shoulders.
If I share a funny pic with Best Mate, she insists on
seeing what made him laugh.
If she hears a funny noise on the TV she' ll imitate
it, (loudly) and she' ll repeat it if she doesn' t get a
response. Or even if she does get one.
I used the word "kawaii" once, taking the piss. She
literally shrieked with joy. "OMG you said kawaii I
can' t believe it you' re totally cool never thought
you' d say that we should watch some anime
together OMG we' re gonna be best friends" This was
when we' d first moved in together. I felt afraid.
