I would say sleep as long as you want. Here's why:

OP said you could "sleep as long as you wanted with no consequences", which means I could sleep for 16 hours and have no consequences of missed time OR I could potentially sleep for fifteen minutes and not have the consequence of still being tired after a nap. if there are absolutely no consequences for the duration you sleep, you could potentially have absolute control over your sleep patterns.

At least, that's the way I choose to interpret it.
