Start dating best friend of 7 years last Feburary
Dumped her BF of 3 on/ off years for me and everything
Everything is magical
Leave for Fort Drum NY for 7 weeks first week in July for training exercise
A week before she goes out, never comes home, won't answer calls or texts
Panicked, have some friends helping me look for her.
Hear rumors she's in talks in getting back together with her ex.
(Super long story, but she ended up talking with him, but backing out, but the fact that I heard about it I was still right)
Creeping doubt settles in, fight on / off for 3 months
October comes, gf leaves phone in bathroom after I dropped her off at work
Mom goes to shower, asks to borrow her phone because she's already naked and doesn't want to get her phone
I unlock it , my mom snoops.
Find 2 weeks with of converstation with another guy she knew when she lived down south about her coming up to visit and ******* .
She refered to me as "her roommate"
Confront, scream, put a dent in my car roof
Apparently it all was because she was mad at me, was tired of fighting, was mad I didn't trust her and needed a distraction ( the trust thing I still can't get over because wtf I had every reason not to trust her that was the whole point)
After the smoke clears, I still tell her I want her to stay and I want to work things out
3 weeks later I'm still trying to get her back. Driving her to work. Driving her to see her family, because she "needs space and doesn't know what she wants" and I still love her.
Tell me how pathetic I am.
Or something. Anything really.

I know this is getting really long but here's a small list of some of the things I did for her,
Convinced my mom to let her move in with us because her mom is mentally ill and ran off to Georgia and she was homeless.
Got her a job 10 minutes from my house, drove her too and from everyday
Took out a 2500 personal loan in my name to put her dog through aggression school to save it
Ran her baths, rubbed her feet, took her out on dates of all kinds
Took a week and a half vacation to the cape, paid by my Fort Drum money
The worst part is the list goes on
