The Jak and Daxter collection is on PS3. I haven't played that version of the three games because the last console I owned was a PS2, but those games are hand down the greatest games I've ever played.

Try Child of Light and Ni No Kuni: Wrath of The Witch (I know, I know, it's anime-ish but it's awesome and made by Studio Ghibli. NIER's also pretty good and you've also got the Mass Effect games too if you haven't played them.

I'm kinda toying with a game idea myself, as a hobby. I don't really have the space to get into the details here, but the overall premise:

Earth got screwed in religious wars
Science guys escape in colony ship
Settle on a Pangaea world with four moons
Settle mostly on the moons, because they are accustomed to space
All is good
Fast forward 5k years
Make magic through science
Magic emanates from 6 stones of power
Create humanoids who are more capable of harnishing the power
Said humanoids breed much more than humans
Are allowed six countries on the planet near the coastlines
Humans still occupy the middle
As a social experiment, don't share tech with humanoids, but give them the stones
Humanoids becomes religious, worship the stones as gods
Hunger strikes from crop disease
Moons ally, and central human country becomes a colony under them
Not happy about it
Launches nukes at the moons, destroying two completely
The rest surrender, but eventually succumbs to hunger.
The central power now wants the land of the humanoids
They unite and destroy the central power
In their final hour, the central power makes a last stone that can only be used by humans, but when they activate it, it blows up and kills everything in the central part of the continent

I highly recommend Fallout New Vegas. Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas are similar to the Elder Scrolls games, but set in an alternate-universe post-apocalyptic setting, with anachronistic technology, and mutants abound. Fallout 3 focuses more on exploration and whacky quests, but New Vegas focuses more on Story, Dialogues, more relevant companions, and has somewhat for depth to it's combat (you get proper ironsights, as well as different kinds of ammo for different situations) but at the cost of a smaller wasteland to explore.

Both play as shooters (though you can make a melee specialized character if you want). If you've got a good PC, the mods for both games are excellent, but otherwise it's difficult to install mods on consoles (but not impossible).

I prefer Fallout New Vegas, but some people seem to swear by F3 as being the better of the two (I disagree, but I think it falls mostly to preference). In either case, I recommend getting one of the "ultimate edition" packages, since they include all the DLC for their respective game and Bethesda's Fallout games have better DLC than most others. Or you can just get both, and decide for yourself which one you like better.

You got the whole Souls-series left then? Demon Souls, Dark Souls and Dark souls 2.
I haven't played Demon Souls myself, but I can definitely recommend Dark Souls 1 and 2.

You will probably die a lot, but it will be your fault and not the games, so as long as you learn there won't be any problems. Don't be afraid to try them just cause they are considered hard, they are some of the most enjoyable games I've ever played.
Praise the Sun!
