Do any of you guys have small time gaming youtube channels you think deserve more subs?
I also want to know what you guys think is a good way for your channel to get noticed as it seems any form of advertisement you do will come across as douchey self advertisment.
Main reason I am asking is because I am really proud of my most recent video and I intend to make more like it and it feels bad that the only views it gets are from friends
I won't post my channel because of the exact reason previously mentioned.

**oxidoferroso used "*roll picture*"**
**oxidoferroso rolled image**You are like 7 years late to the gaming channel frenzy. Unless you have some kind of really good gimmick, nobody is going to pay you attention
I'm thinking, the majority of channels I've subscribed the past years had a ''flagship video/series'', ya know? It was not the daily filler that caught my attention, but that really good 3 min video that I saw in webm form in a internet forum
Now, since you are dying to post your video, give it to us, let uscall you a faggot criticize you

I do wonder if I am too late to the scene, but I enjoy doing it so I shall continue for now.
I don't want to post my own content since it is a way of gaining dislikes and such on my video and that is the opposite of what I want haha. I would love to be able to post it for some friendly criticism but that rarely happens

Honestly, if you enjoy making videos, that's what matters at the end of the day. The best way to gain views would probably be collaborations with other Youtubers.
I couldnt say what quality your videos are, but that is also important, as it can put you above a lot of the other gaming channels.

Screw it, here is my channel, judge for yourself www.youtube.com/channel/UCUro6ZTrGkwsCpU6dLWQUnA
I do have a friend who has 30k views for TF2 videos but he has kind of disappeared recently so collaborating with him is somewhat hard to do but he does help me out alot, tips and what not.
At the moment I have been trying a lot of different things, see what my viewers like; couple of csgo montages, couple of funny videos, couple of informative videos. I think you can see a quality improvement with each video which is good. Thanks!

i'd say just start doing it as a hobby and see if it goes anywhere. Ask any youtuber and they'll say it took them around 3 years to get where they are with varying degrees of success. The most important thing more than anything though is to be consistent. Make a schedule and stick to it
