I wouldn't, there are better racing games out there and coming out. The Crew's developers really ****** up the gameplay and graphics of that game. It has a bad business model since you're going to pay 60 bucks for a game, and then will have to deal with an ingame market similar to League of Legends, so unlocking all the stuff will be all but impossible. While at the same time the developers ****** up the coding so that the game will **** itself if you mess with the FPS, so you're essentially stuck at 30 FPS on PC regardless of whether you wanting it or not. Next Car Game and Project Cars are going to end up much better, both look better and aren't trying to cash whore.

Wait... why did they actually make the roof solid? I assume this is a racing game, or at least a free-roam without crazy exploration, so why did they spend time making the roof solid?
